¿"PREVENCIÓN DE RIESGOS LABORALES" en inglés?

I recently got a request from one of my followers about how to translate "prevención de riesgos laborales". The best way to translate this issue is to use: "health and safety".

In the UK, we are obsessed with the idea of "health and safety" and when you get a new job you almost always need to go to a "health and safety" presentation to make sure that you are aware (consciente) of all the potential risks and how to avoid them.

Is "health and safety" a big issue in Spain?
